PRIMARY CRITERIA & EMOLUMENTS:
RESERVATIONS AND RELAXATIONS:
Reservations & Relaxations for EWS/OBC (NCL)/SC/ST/PwD/Ex. SM will be as per Presidential Relaxation of Marks: Aggregate percentage in Primary Qualification of 60% is relaxed to 50% for SC/ST candidates subject to availability of such reserved posts.
Age Relaxation: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST; Candidates belonging to PwBD category, having minimum 40% disability or more will get 10 more years relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable toto the categories mentioned above. Further, the upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for candidates who whowho had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir from 01/01/1980 to 31/12/1989.
HOW TO APPLY:
a) Eligible candidates have to apply on-line by visiting our website “www.ecil.co.in” (Main Page >Careers > Current Job Openings). The on-line application process will be operational from 06/01/2026 (14.00 hrs.) to 20/01/2026 (14.00 hrs.).
b) Candidate should furnish actual information while filling on-line application form and must produce the supporting document during verification (personal, academic & professional credentials). If the candidate fails to do so, the candidature shall be rejected at any stage of recruitment process.
c) After applying on-line & successful registration, the candidate is required to take the print of registered on-line application form and retain for future reference without fail. The candidate can take re-print of his/her registered on-line application form before the last date for on-line registration.
d) After closing the registration process & shortlisting, an email correspondence will be sent to the eligible candidates with an advice to attend Document Verification to be held at Hyderabad
