GENERAL FITTER – 05 VACANCIES
Essential Educational Qualification: The candidate should possess ITI & NCTVT (National Apprenticeship Certificate) in Fitter / Fitter General or ITI in Fitter / Fitter General.Essential Work Experience: The candidate should possess minimum 2 years experience in the line.
Desirable: Preference will be given to those candidates who have undergone National Apprenticeship Certificate(NAC) from Shipyards like Mazagon Dock Limited, Cochin Shipyard Limited and Goa Shipyard Limited etc. or have relevant work experience in Public Sector / Private Shipyards / Naval Workshops and have worked on weapon intensive vessels.
ELECTRICAL MECHANIC – 01 VACANCY
Essential Educational Qualification: The candidate should possess SSC with ITI in Electrician trade.
Essential Work Experience: The candidate should possess minimum 02 years experience as Electrician in Electrical projects/maintenance.
Desirable: Candidate should be trained in Electrical trades from a recognized institute and should possess a National certificate of Vocational training or a license authorizing him to handle electrical equipment /installations. Wireman license issued by competent Authority i.e. Govt Licensing Board Govt of Goa. Adequate working knowledge of Konkani / Marathi along with Hindi & English.
COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT (MUMBAI OFFICE) – 01 VACANCY
Essential Educational Qualification: The candidate should possess Degree in any discipline. They should be conversant with typing on computer and handling computer applications like Word / Power Point with 01 year certificate course in computer applications.
Essential Work Experience: The candidate should have minimum 01 year experience in handling communication with commercial firms in medium / large size Shipbuilding / Heavy Industries / CHA.
Note: For candidates who have studied computers as a subject during their graduation, a separate computer certificate course for 1 year is not required. For those candidates such computer subject should be clearly mentioned in marksheet.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANT (QUALITY ASSURANCE) – 03 VACANCIES
Essential Educational Qualification: : The candidate should possess minimum 2 years full time Diploma in Shipbuilding Engineering / Mechanical Engineering from recognized university/ Institute.
Essential Work Experience: The candidate should possess minimum 2 years relevant experience in any reputed shipyards specifically in the field of Fabrication and construction of ships, Level II certification in NDT (Radiography interpretation ,Ultrasonic testing and Dye penetration Testing) and Certification in AUTOCAD with basic computer knowledge. In addition he should have adequate knowledge in ABS, IRS and LRS Class rules and regulation and ASME Standards.
Desirable: Computer Proficiency

Essential Educational Qualification: The candidate should possess SSC.

FRP LAMINATOR – 05 VACANCIES
Essential Educational Qualification: The candidate should possess minimum 2 years full time Diploma in Shipbuilding Engineering / Mechanical Engineering having FRP as elective subject in course curriculum from a reputed and recognized Institute/University.
Essential Work Experience: The candidate should possess minimum 2 years relevant experience in the line

EOT CRANE OPERATOR – 10 VACANCIES
Essential Educational Qualification: The candidate should possess SSC with ITI . Essential Work Experience: Minimum 2 years experience as an EOT crane operator with exposure to working at height, maintenance of variable frequency drives (VFD) and PLC.
WELDER - 26 VACANCIES
Essential Educational Qualification: The candidate should possess ITI & NCTVT (National Apprenticeship Certificate) in the trade of Welder or ITI in the trade of Welder.
Essential Work Experience: The candidate should possess minimum 2 years experience in the line.

Essential Educational Qualification: B. Sc Nursing or Minimum 2 years full time Diploma Course in Nursing & Midwifery from recognized Institute / Board / University.
Essential Work Experience: The candidate should have two years working experience in a hospital or Government / PSU medical centres.
Desirable: Candidates having knowledge of regional language i.e. Konkani / Marathi along with Hindi & English will be given preference.

TRAINEE KHALASI – 09 VACANCIES
Essential Educational Qualification: The applicant should possess SSC with ITI in Fitter/ Fitter General.
NOTE : Preference will be given to those candidates who have undergone National Apprenticeship Certificate(NAC) from Shipyards like Mazagon Dock Limited, Cochin Shipyard Limited and Goa Shipyard Limited etc. The selected candidates will be inducted as Trainee for a period of one year extendable by another one year. During the training period, they will be paid a stipend of Rs. 7000/- per month during the first year and Rs. 7500/- per month during the second year. After successful completion of the training period based on his/her performance and considering the training period as experience, the candidate may be absorbed in W–5 Grade i.e. Rs. 15100-3%-53000 as Khalasi on regular basis subject to availability of the vacancies and passing the trade test.
